ELECTROLYSIS PROCESS:

The diluted brine transferred into Electrolyzer to be ready and react in the chamber.

(Brine type Electrolytic Cell)

Anode: Chloride ions in the water deplete and Chlorine gets evolved

2 Cl^- → Cl₂ + 2 e^-

Cathode: Hydrogen and Hydroxyl ions evolve. These Hydroxyl ions react with Sodium atoms and form Sodium Hydroxide

2 H₂O + 2 e^- → 2 OH^- + H₂↑

These Chlorine and Sodium Hydroxide react to give Sodium Hypo Chlorite.

Thus, the overall reaction is:

2 NaOH + Cl₂ → NaClO + NaCl + H₂O

2,Discharge the hydrogen in time to prevent the electrolysis cell from heating.

Dosing system

Inject the generated Sodium Hypochlorite to the injection point in a certain flow rate.
